This Privacy Policy describes how AVM Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in the Focus Timer mobile application ("the App").

Focus Timer is designed with privacy in mind. Your timer sessions and productivity data are stored locally on your device and are not sent to our servers.

Your timer data and session history are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal data on our servers. If you uninstall the App, locally stored data will be deleted.

Focus Timer may request the following device permissions:
- Notifications: To alert you when timer sessions end. This permission is optional and can be managed in your device settings.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
